How many requests can I make at one time?
You can queue up as many requests as you’d like, but I work on one request at a time. This keeps the work focused, thoughtful, and well-crafted rather than rushed.
When will I receive my design?
Most requests are delivered within 48 hours. More complex requests may take a bit longer, but you’ll always know where things stand.
How do you handle larger requests, like a full website or brand suite?
Large projects are broken into intentional parts. Pages, sections, and logo variations are handled one at a time to ensure clarity, consistency, and care at every step.
What is your work schedule?
I work Monday through Thursday. Fridays are reserved for rest and renewal. I also take one full week off each month, and you’ll always be notified well in advance so expectations stay aligned.
How does onboarding work?
Once you subscribe, you’ll be added to your own private Trello board. This usually happens within about an hour. After you accept the invite, you’re ready to begin. Simple instructions for submitting requests live directly on the board.
How does pausing my subscription work?
If your creative needs ebb and flow, you can pause anytime. Billing runs on a 31-day cycle. Use part of your time, pause when needed, and return later with unused days still available.
What if I don’t like the design?
That’s okay. We’ll revise and refine until it feels right. The goal is alignment, not settling.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Yes. Soft Logic does not currently offer 3D modeling, document design (such as medical or legal forms), complex packaging, extensive print projects (books or magazines), or social media marketing and design.
What if I only have one request?
No problem at all. You can submit a single request, pause when it’s complete, and return whenever you’re ready for more. Nothing goes to waste.
Are refunds available?
Because of the high-touch nature of the work, refunds are not available after the first week of service. Completed work is non-refundable.
Can I use Soft Logic for just one month?
